However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.
Refund Policy
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your sea moss arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the product along with your order details within 5 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please reach out within 5 days so we can correct the order at no additional cost to you.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used sea moss products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. Unopened products may be eligible for return; however, please contact us first to initiate the process.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
